I wanna learn how to use colors like that

My advice is to start doing shading and lighting with analogous colors (the ones that are next to eachother on the color wheel. For ex. If you're drawing something orange, add red shadows and yellow lighting) and if you're putting any lighting effects with layers (like switching to multiply and lowering the opacity) don't do it with black and white, use colors as well. Generally, outside of black lineart in my case, use colors wherever you can!!
